I switched 1 time from my last service, Dream Clean, to Maid Right just to see because a friend referred me. Wow! What a difference. Well beyond what I thought a good cleaning service was. Needless the say I will become a long term customer. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I read every review on here before I started service and for the most part was very impressed with what I read. I started with a deep clean, actually that was my only option, and have just had my first bi-weekly service. Bravo! I was kind of against the deep clean due to price. I actually called 2 other companies and then called back to schedule because it seemed they offered a better bang for the buck. Boy let me tell ya, I don't think it could have been cleaner. in fact, I am sure it wasn't this clean right after it was built. I waited until the second service to review to be safe and not mislead anyone. It's official, they did a fantastic job (but they didn't use fantastic). I chose to have 1 girl as I have realized with previous services that seems to work better. I thought she might be a little overwhelmed with our home as it is 3800sqft, but she came in and got right to work. It did take all of 8 hours and then some the first cleaning but the second was about 5 hours. Basically what I was expecting. All in all I am very satisfied with their service and I can't wait til next week when they are doing the home and the exterior of my windows.

If you really want to appreciate the service provided, do yourself a favor and try a different service first. Really. My wife and I had gone through many, and I mean many local services. Not just here, but when we lived outside of Denver as well. We had the same trouble finding a good service. They offer exactly what we were looking for, very few if any problems. I trust the girls that come into the home and that really is what is most important to me.

First I would like to say that we have been happy customers of Maid Right for over 6 years. For 99.9% of that time we have been problem free. When we started service I was a little put off by their rules. In fact we almost went with a different service. We were told in the beginning that they would not service our home if my husband was home alone during the cleaning, which he was retired so would have been. They said it was a safety issue. It wasn't him in particular just any male not accompanied by a female party. Also, they forced us to deep clean the home when we started. I thought my home was clean enough to start, they disagreed.
To make a long story short, in the beginning my husband golfed on Thursdays when they came, and I conceded and allowed the deep cleaning; and I'm glad I did. They did a fantastic job that first cleaning. Over the years their rule regarding my husband has subsided and now our regular girl and my husband have become friends. She even comes to our Christmas party and receives gifts along with all of our children and grandchildren. She is like one of the family.
All in all I am very impressed with their service and the quality of work that is performed. I think they hire wonderful girls that do a fantastic job. Short of the fact that it is sometimes a bit hard to reach someone in the office on the phone, I would say the service exceeds what we expected. Having talked to one of the owners recently I realize that they have moved on to bigger and better things but I am glad to see that customer service is still so important. I hope this might help those looking for a cleaning service make the right decision.

Really Good Job: First I must say, they did a great job on my windows. Excellent service too. From a few bad reviews below it looks like when they mess up, they really mess up. Or the reviewers are just anal retentive. Either way I am very pleased. We have them schedule for a house cleaning this week and I will post again when it is complete. Hate to see a few bad apples spoil a good thing; Good work guys!

We just moved to the area from Sarasota, FL before the Holiday's. We were in NEED of a deep cleaning for our new home in Gilberts. I called many different places and received quotes all across the board. I was most comfortable with the demeanor of the person who handled my account at Maid Right. My price for our deep cleaning was right in the middle of 4 other quotes I received (I tried for 10 but 5 didn't call back :-( ). The deep cleaning was great and I booked for monthly service. I have just today received my 2 regular service (3rd total) and I am still very comfortable with the decision I made. A+++ to you guys and thank you.

I recently had my home cleaned by a Maid Right cleaning professional. It was a positive experience.
Paulina came to clean my home (along with an assistant) and they did a terrific job. They were very professional, courteous and thorough. During their service I had an emergency with my child and had to leave suddenly. I felt comfortable leaving them alone and without notice. By the time I got back with my child, everything was sparkling clean. Paulina even had some good suggestions on maintaining some of my home's more problemed areas in-between services. This was my second lasting impression. The first was when I spoke with Doc to set my appointment. He answered all my (many) questions about the service and cleaning products used. I even bought the floor cleaner from him.
